Сертификаты "Домовёнок" можно использовать на сайте: https://www.domovenok.su/order, в мобильном приложении Домовёнок и при заказе услуг через менеджера.
Подарочный сертификат Домовёнок действует в течение 12 месяцев с момента приобретения.
Если цена приобретаемых услуг ниже номинала сертификата, то разница между ценой и номиналом сертификата зачисляется на накопительный счет пользователя на сайте: https://www.domovenok.su/order.
Если цена приобретаемых услуг выше номинала предъявляемого сертификата, то возникающая разница доплачивается предъявителем сертификата.
Сертификат может быть использован не более одного раза вне зависимости от суммы покупки.
Сертификат можно передавать любым лицам по своему усмотрению. При передаче сертификата третьим лицам владелец сертификата обязан проинформировать лиц, получающих сертификат, об условиях использования сертификата. В случае нарушения этой обязанности владельцами сертификата комфорт-сервис «Домовёнок» не несет ответственность по претензиям, связанным с отсутствием вышеуказанной информации.
Сертификат не является ценной бумагой,обмену или возврату не подлежит.
Сертификат не подлежит восстановлению в случае утери, кражи или порчи.

Certificate Use Rules:
Certificates "Brownie" can be used on the website: https://www.domovenok.su/order, in the Brownie mobile application and when ordering services through the manager.
Gift Certificate Brownie is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
If the price of purchased services is lower than the nominal value of the certificate, then the difference between the price and nominal value of the certificate is credited to the user's savings account on the website: https://www.domovenok.su/order.
If the price of the purchased services is higher than the nominal value of the presented certificate, then the resulting difference is paid by the certificate bearer.
The certificate can be used no more than once, regardless of the purchase amount.
The certificate can be transferred to any person at its discretion. When transferring the certificate to third parties, the certificate holder is obliged to inform the persons receiving the certificate of the conditions for using the certificate. In case of violation of this duty by the owners of the comfort-service certificate, Domovyonok is not liable for claims related to the absence of the above information.
The certificate is not a security, exchange or return is not subject to.
The certificate cannot be restored in case of loss, theft or damage.
