购买本卡代表您接受本卡章程
Электронный подарочный сертификат действует с момента приобретения в течение 12 месяцев. Если в течение срока действия ЭПС договор розничной купли-продажи не будет заключен, обязательства сторон по его заключению прекращаются.
ЭПС не является ценной бумагой и не подлежит обмену на денежные средства либо размену на ЭПС меньшего номинала. Если цена приобретаемых товаров/услуг ниже номинала ЭПС, то разница между ценой и номиналом ЭПС не возвращается. Если цена приобретаемых товаров/услуг выше номинала предъявляемого ЭПС, то возникающая разница в стоимости оплачивается предъявителем ЭПС в порядке, установленном правилами торговой точки. ЭПС может быть использован не более одного раза вне зависимости от суммы покупки.
При использовании ЭПС в качестве средства оплаты другие дисконтно-накопительные программы могут быть недействительны. Более детальную информацию можно получить непосредственно в торговых точках.
ЭПС можно передавать любым лицам по своему усмотрению. При передаче ЭПС третьим лицам владелец ЭПС обязан проинформировать лиц, получающих ЭПС, об условиях получения по ним товаров/услуг. В случае нарушения этой обязанности владельцами ЭПС Express Nails по претензиям, связанным с отсутствием вышеуказанной информации, ответственности не несет.
Одним ЭПС можно оплатить несколько товаров/услуг в рамках одной покупки/транзакции.
ЭПС обмену или возврату не подлежит. ЭПС не подлежит восстановлению в случае утери, кражи или порчи.
Гарантийное обслуживание, обмен и возврат некачественных товаров, приобретенных с использованием ЭПС, осуществляется в месте приобретения товара в общем порядке, предусмотренном действующим законодательством РФ.
ЭПС необходимо предъявить до начала обслуживания в торговой точке / до оплаты в интернет-магазине.

The electronic gift certificate is valid from the moment of purchase within 12 months. If during the validity period of the EPS the contract of retail purchase and sale will not be concluded, the obligations of the parties for its conclusion will be terminated.
Gift certificate is not a security and cannot be exchanged for cash or exchanged for gift certificate of a lower nominal value. If the price of goods / services purchased is lower than the gift certificate value, then the difference between the price and the gift certificate value will not be returned. If the price of the goods / services being purchased is higher than the nominal value of the gift certificate, then the resulting difference in cost is paid by the gift certificate provider in the manner prescribed by the rules of the outlet. Gift certificate can be used no more than once, regardless of the purchase amount.
When using gift certificate as a means of payment, other discount-accumulative programs may be invalid. More detailed information can be obtained directly at retail outlets.
Gift certificate can be transferred to any person at your discretion. When transferring the gift certificate to third parties, the owner of the gift certificate shall inform the persons receiving the gift certificate about the conditions for receiving goods / services on them. In case of violation of this obligation by owners of Express Nails gift certificate for claims related to the absence of the above information, is not liable.
One gift certificate can pay for several goods / services in a single purchase / transaction.
Gift certificate can not be exchanged or returned. Gift certificate may not be recovered in case of loss, theft or damage.
Warranty service, exchange and return of defective goods purchased using gift certificate, is carried out at the place of purchase of goods in accordance with the general procedure provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
Gift certificate must be presented before commencement of service at the outlet / before payment in the online store.
