Visit Tangs outlet at either Tang Plaza (238864) or Vivocity (098585). Before making any merchandise selection, approach Customer Service counter (Level 3/4 at Tang Plaza (or) Level 1 at Vivocity) open the eVoucher, press "CLICK TO REDEEM" and present your TANGS eGift Card. When your Gift Card code is entered in the system, you will receive an OTP. Please share with the representative. Once approved, you will be given a Physical Tangs Gift Card, topped up with an equal amount of S$ credits. Use this Physical Tangs Gift Card against your merchandise purchases at the Cashier point.

This Gift Card is not exchangeable for cash. Multiple redemptions are NOT allowed on this Gift Card. If redemption amount is less than the TANGS eGift Card value, then the balance will be forfeited upon redemption.
